How to Attach an Order to a Household Account

Please follow these instructions next time to assign a household account  to an existing order (Or membership)
  1. Go to Household lookup and find the account.
  2. Select it from the list
  3. Go to order fast lookup and enter the order
  4. Click the ‘Change Cust. Account’ button in the Order Details Page.
  5. It will prompt you  if you want to assign the previously selected household account  to this order. – click OK.
  6. Go back to the Household account look up and  look to see if the order and membership should up in the listing ( It should be there now)
