How do you renew a membership that has expired from a POS station?
1. The Green Utility button on the POS system on the main menu bar. The "Account" button. When you click the Account button it takes you the backend of the "Household Lookup" page. 2. Enter the last name or member number and click on the 'Search Accounts' button. 3. Click on the 'Select' button and you will be taken to the household account page 4. Under the 'Memberships / Season Pass' section, choose the membership that you want to renew 5. Select the product you want to renew with from the drop-down list and then click on the 'Renew' button 6. You will be taken back to the POS, but now you are directly in the membership information page of the "type" that you selected as your option to renew. 7.You can complete the purchase of your renewed membership. Complete the checkout process. 7. On the confirmation screen, click on the 'Activate' button. This will take you into the card processing page and it will automatically perform some copy and renewal functions. By default it will set the new renewal membership with the previous member number as well as retain information from the previous membership such as member photo, date of birth, etc. 8.
