Category*:
This is the category that the ticket is in. | |
ProductID*: This ID is generated for each specific ticket and is not editable. | |
Date*: Shows the last time the ticket was edited and by which user. | |
Venue: Shows the specific venue that the ticket it for. This is usually set in the category settings, or if category is set to 'All' at the Category level you have to select a venue for the product while creating the ticket. | |
Product Code: This is set by the user and will show up as SKU on reports. | |

Product Name: This is the full name for the product and will be displayed in the mainstore under the category that it is in. |  |
Abbreviated Name: This is shortened name for a product and will also show up on reports. | |

Description: This will set a description for the product. It can be seen in the mainstore underneath the product name. |  |
Internal Notes: These are any internal notes that you may need to keep for a product. They will not be shown in the mainstore. | |
Product Image: You can upload an image, to be shown next to a product in the mainstore, by clicking ‘upload image’. The dropdown box allows you to set the image to either the left or right side of the |  |
Rank (Placement in Store): This setting determines what order this product will appear within the category. The lower the number the higher it will appear. We recommend setting this in increments of 5, in case you need to place a new product in between two already created products. | |
Regular Price: This is the regular price of the product and is how much the customer will be charged before any taxes or fees. | |
Discounted Price: This allows you to set a discounted price for the product or require a deposit. Set the dropdown box to ‘No Discount’ if you do not want a discounted price shown. There are four types of discounts plus a deposit type.
- Sale Price – This shows the regular price slashed out on the mainstore with the online sale price next to it.
- Member Price – This gives the product two prices. One for members, which is the discounted price. As well as, one for non-members which is the regular price.
- Group Price – This will show the group price, as well as, the regular price.

- Deposit – This allows you to set the deposit amount required.

Purchasable?: Enabling this allows the ticket to be purchasable in the mainstore. You must enable this if you want customers to be able purchase the product. | |
Require Deposit: | |
Minimum Purchase: Sets the minimum quantity that a customer must purchase of this product. This number will be reflected in the Qty drop down box in the mainstore. | The Minimum Purchase is to 10 in this case.  |
Purchase Limit: Sets the maximum quantity that a customer is able to purchase. This number will be reflected in the Qty drop down box in the mainstore. | The Purchase Limit is set to 75 in this case.  |

eTicket Template: This allows you to select a template for the printed eTicket from a dropdown box. If you need a template added to your collection feel free to contact Convergence. | |
Extra PDFs with eTicket: This allows you select a pdf from a dropdown box and it is added into the eTicket pdf. If you need to add extra documents to your collection please contact Convergence. | |
Barcode Use: This allows you to set the type of barcode that will be used for the eTicket. There are five different types of barcodes.
- Individual Barcodes – One barcode will be created for each product purchased. One barcode will admit only one person.
- One Barcode Admits All in QTY - Only one barcode will printed for this product no matter the quantity. The barcode can be scanned as many times as the quantity of the product purchased.
- Ask Purchaser -
- One Scan Per Day - This barcode allows one scan per day but can be scanned on multiple different days.
- Multi-Scans Per Day – This barcode allows for multiple scans per day and multiple different days. This one is used for generally used for memberships.

eTicket Memo Line1 & Line 2: This allows you to set a memo that will be seen on the eTicket. | |

Add Combo Product: This allow you to add an already created product to this product and create a combo. The customer will not be charged for both products, just the price set for this product. | |

Taxable?: Enabling this allows a tax to be added to the ticket and will be seen in the shopping cart. Contact Convergence to set your tax rate. |  |
2nd Tax/Fee?: Enabling this allows a 2nd tax/fee to be added to the ticket and can be seen in the shopping cart. Contact Convergence to set your 2nd Tax/Fee. | |
Ticket Fee?: Enabling this allows a fee to be added ticket and can be seen in the shopping cart. You can set the fee amount and at what quantity the fee will stop adding up per ticket. |  |
Active: Enabling this will allow the product to be seen in the mainstore. | |
Copy From: This allows you to copy all of the settings from an already created product. It is a convenient way to initialize new products. | |
