Stacking of Promo codes in FBR
  1. Stacking of Promo codes means that you can add more than one Promo code to a single order.  You CANNOT have more than one Promo code applied to a single product.
  2. If a Product has more than one Promo available to it, then the system will apply the Promo to the Product based on the ranking of the Promo. So the highest ranking will ALWAYS be applied.  You cannot overwrite it using the ad hoc Promo, when you hit pay it will always revert to the highest ranking Promo.
  3. At the moment (12/9/19) that rank is based on alphabetical code of the Promo.  So not the name, but the code.
Example:
A product the Thomas Tank Engine costs $199.99
A Promo with a code of WARE is a fixed price reduction and takes it down to $99.99
There is an Employee % off Promo called EMPL that gives 25% off all retail items that includes Thomas.  That reduces Thomas price to $149.99
Whatever order the cashier puts that Promo into the cart, the 25% will always be applied, and the customer will be charged $149.99.  Since E comes before W in the alphabet.
If we change the Ware to be _WARE or even aWARE, then WARE will be applied and the customer charged $99.99.
