- View All Orders
- Allows the user to view the view all orders done in a given date range. This report may be filtered by venue, date, keywords, and payment type. User can also set “Time adjust” according to the time difference that they usually batch. User can also export this report to excel by clicking on the excel icon. Excel exports give you more information than you see on the management dashboard.
- Order Fast Lookup
- Allows the user access to the Order Fast Lookup tool. This feature allows the user to look up orders by order id, purchaser name, registrant name, group name, or affiliate contact
- Make Purchase
- Allows the user to perform back office purchases on behalf of a customer. Using make purchase allows the purchasing of hidden product category tickets as well as allows the payment options of cash, check, complimentary, money order, department transfer, grant, and pending. The user can select the venue and the store that they want to make the purchase from. The user can also go to the Mobile version of store front if they check mark the “Enter Mobile store version”. This goes for POS as well.
- Excel View All Orders
- Allows the user to export the ‘View All Orders’ report into excel.
- View Orders Detail
- Allows the user to view the order details of any order
- Cancel-Refund-Reissue
- Allows the user to perform a cancel/full refund, removal of an item in order (with refund for the amount of that item), and reissue of new barcodes.

- Allows the user to give a variable partial refund through the Make Payment function
- Payment Report
- Allows the user access to the Payment Report. This feature gives the user information about the payment received and can filter by venue, main store or eCon store, the date range, payment type and card type.
- Excel Payment Report
- This allows the user to export the payment report onto excel by clicking on the excel icon in the Payment report page.

- Allows the user to view the daily reconciliation report by product sku, this can be either for a specific day or Month-to-date and will be an excel export.
- POS Close Report
- This allows the user access to the POS close (Cash in/cash out) report. This report can be filtered down by venue, date, payment type, user/cashier and POS station. This report gives information on the cash over/under and the approval information as well. Managers can approve/modify cashier close from this page.
- Timed Revenue Report
- This is a Revenue Report for Timed Tickets. Tickets that are registered for a particular event & session times and that need to be reserved.

- Allows the user access to the Recurring Payment Report. Used by clients that offer timed payments on their ticket products.

- Main Zipcode Report
- Allows the user to view the Main Zipcode Report. This report gives zipcode information for all orders placed. Includes the number of orders per zipcode.
- Sp. Event Report
- Allows the user to view report of all special event ticket purchases made.
- Other tickets that are not event based can be viewed but will not be searchable by date.
- Bulk Print
- Allows the user to be able to print affiliate bulk tickets, contact account manager to enable this service
- Card Print
- Allows the user to create and print a Membership or Season pass card.
- Excel Sp. Event
- Allows the user to export the Special Event Report into Excel
- Print WillCall
- Allows the user to be able to print tickets and hold them for the guest.
- Daily Timed Ticket
- Allows the user access to the Daily Timed Ticket reports. This report contains information on all timed ticket products. Enabled users can also stop the selling of a timed ticket on a given day.
- School Attendee Cert
- Allows the user to select the affiliate and create a certificate of completion for a student from that affiliate program. Must use an existing CSV file or can upload one to print ticket.
- Main Promo Report
- Allows user access to the Main Promo Report. This report contains all promotion codes defined in the system.
- Export Resource Report
- Main Group Report
- Allows user access to the Main Group Report. This contains a report of all Group purchases.
- Reservation Report
- Allows user access to the Reservation Report (birthday rooms, cabanas, classes, etc.). This contains a report of all reservations made through the system and the areas assigned to them. Includes view by date range of event (list format) or weekly view (calendar format).

- Reservation Detail
- Allows the user to view the reservation details of a reservation order
- Membership Report
- Allows access to the Season Pass / Membership report. This report includes all season passes and membership products purchased in a given date range
- Roster Report
- Allows the user to view the Roster Report. This report contains the attendees of a registration product for a specific date and time and their details.

- Allows the user to move a registration to another session time
- Excel Season Pass
- Allows the user to export the Season Pass report into Excel
- Member Detail
- Allows access into the membership details of a season pass holder or member
- Household Lookup
- This is a button on the POS. It allows the user to access accounts that may already exist in the database either by last name, phone, email or member id
- Household Details
- This gives you the details of the household like the number of people in a household, how many children, their ages etc.,
- Add Reservation
- Allows user to add any items to the cart that they want to purchase.
- Adoption Report
- Allows the user access to the adoption report that can be filtered by venue, date range, payment type, last name, zipcode, order id, or adoption id.
- Adoption Details
- Allows user access to the Adoption details page (By clicking on the adoption id or entering the adoption id) make changes an existing adoption.
- School Bookings Report
- Allows access to the School Bookings Report. This is a monthly report of all school bookings filtered down according to venue and category for the year.
- Daily School/Public Class
- Allows user access to the Daily class report for a particular date/day. It gives you the Class name, class time; registration id of student registered which will then lead you the Registration detail page of the student. Also give you the number of students that particular class.
- Public EDU Bookings Report
- Allows user access to the Public EDU Bookings Report.
- Excel Public EDU Bookings
- Allows the user to export the Public EDU Bookings Report into excel
- Excel School EDU Bookings
- Allows the user to export the School EDU Bookings Report into excel
- Attendee Report
- This allows the user access to the Affiliate Attendee report that gives details on Class Attendees for a particular venue and a particular Affiliate given a date range. This report can also be exported to Excel by using the excel export link.
- Registration Report
- Allows access to the Registration Report. This is a report containing details of all registration product purchases.
- Excel Reg. Report
- Allows the user to export the Registration Report into Excel
- Registration Detail
- Allows the user to view the registration detail of a registration order
- Gift Cert. Report
- Allows user access into the Gift Certificate Report. This is a report of all gift certificates purchased through the system
- Excel Gift Cert. Report
- Allows the user to export the Gift Certificate report into Excel
- Incomplete Orders
- Allows the user to view all incomplete orders.
- Lodging Report
- Allows the user access to the Lodging report. This can be filtered downto the venue, given a date range, a date mode( Arrival date or Purchase date) status of the order if it is pending or complete, room type or the package purchased.

- Allows the users to view, change and manage the lodging details for a particular reservation.
- PO Report
- Allows access to the Purchase Orders and Balance due. Mostly used for schools, who use Purchase order type of payment option. This gives you the balance due from them.

- Allows user to manage arena or theater seating charts according to venue, level and section.

- Used in theater seating to display seating rows by pricing tiers
- Event Seating Maps
- Allows user to manage seating maps by event. User can select a venue, arena/theater and status of availability as well. This shows the available seats for that particular event.

- This allows the user to update the pricing tier for the products that have variable pricing. To add more pricing tiers contact your Convergence Account Manager.

- Allows user to access and manage online seat allocation. User can select venue, arena/theater, and date then view event seat availability.
